I'd say it's perfectly normal for you to have the feelings and frustrations that you have about your boys and summer. I find myself saying this SOOO much... I have one question....If kids come to school and misbehave for the teacher...does that mean they have gotten that comfortable with me and that they see that I care about them?...so they slip into that comfort zone of misbehavior now and then?! I like the way it was stated in your blog...I agree with the thought because my daughter would be the same way growing up...and it sometimes drove me crazy...but I thought it was for the same reason...
